SUMMARY:

OFFICE MANAGER
(m/w/d)

As Office Manager (m/f/d) at GHARAGE you will work with a diverse skillset of innovators, Creatives, Designers and Strategists who are shaping, building and changing the future of travel and retail. You will support projects of varying size and scope and work closely with Culture Management. 

ROLE:

  • Support with all assistance and office management tasks in the administrative area, especially for the management board
  • Assistance with the organization of business trips and events
  • Coordination of appointments and meetings
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the office
  • Ordering and administration of required goods, e.g. purchase of office supplies, beverages and technology
  • Preparatory accounting for incoming invoices, credit and travel expense reports
  • Key and license management
  • Opportunity to work on internal projects and actively contribute to the overall success of the company
  • Hospitality for guests

PROFILE:

  • Organizational skills, independent and structured way of working, integrity and reliability 
  • High service orientation 
  • Experienced with MS Office (especially Outlook, Teams) 
  • Competences in the specialist areas: Purchasing, accounting, gastronomy is a plus 
  • Team player with a high level of commitment and a "happy to help" attitude 
  • Business fluent English and German
