The GHARAGE Venture Buildingteam is the engine to deliver and test new business modelsoff from the core-businessof Gebr. Heinemann. This unit works in the fields of Private Labels, Retail- and Experience-Formats (physical at airport), as well as Digital Business models.
Being part of the ideation phase when building new ventures together with the team
Conducting quantitative as well as qualitative market- and competitive analysis
Identifying trends, considering relevant emerging technologies and consumer insights
Conceptualizing disrupting business models and validating market entry strategies
Developing profound business cases and financial models
Preparing relevant excel sheets and presentations for pitches and decision making
Work in the intersection of the start-up and corporate world
